• The Nature of God and Creation

God’s creation is inherently good, orderly, and purposeful, in contrast to the earth’s initial state of being “void, formless, and Dark.” This contrast is attributed to the presence of the devil on earth, but man was created to dominate and rule over the earth.

  • Scriptural Across Time

The Bible, written across different cultures, languages, and centuries, reveals a profound unity that transcends its diverse origins. This unity is guided by the Holy Spirit, who ensures a consistent message across various authors and contexts—the Holy which is the author that doesn't age.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 :- “God Breathed”

  • Guided by the Holy Spirit in Understanding Scripture

Understanding Scripture requires the guidance of the Holy Spirit rather than relying solely on traditional or scholarly interpretations. This Spirit-led approach keeps the Bible alive and relevant, providing insight and spiritual depth to draw them closer to God’s heart.

  • Faith in the Unseen Reality

In Hebrews 11:1-3, faith is described as the “confidence in what is unseen.” The spiritual realm, though unseen, strongly shapes and influences our physical world, affecting events, thoughts, and actions in ways we may not fully see but can often sense. GOD created the world from the invisible.

“'Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, a conviction of things not seen. For therein the elders had witness borne to them. By faith we understand that the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen has not been made out of things which appear.”

As Colossians 1:16 reminds us, “all things, visible and invisible, were created through Christ and for Him,” emphasizing how the unseen often shapes what is seen.

“For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.”

  • Living by Faith with a Focus on the Invisible

By anchoring their faith in God’s promises, believers can live lives grounded in hope and truth. Our faith and our walk are connected. (Jesus was impressed by people's faith). The real reality is the invisible. The invisible reality predicts the visible. When God said let's create humans in our likeness, the purpose was in God's mind before he created the person.

Genesis 1:26 – God’s decision to create humans in His image:
“Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’”

Genesis 2:7 – The creation of Adam from the dust of the ground:
“Then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.”

  • Humanity’s Purpose in God’s Creation

Humanity was created to reflect God’s image and fulfill His intentions on earth.

In Genesis 1:28 and Genesis 2:15, five responsibilities humanity is given:

  1. Be Fruitful and multiply

  2. Subdue the earth

  3. Exercise the dominion

  4. Protect the earth [watch over it]

  5. Tend the earth

Hebrew 1:3: 'The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. '

  • Authority and Responsibility on Earth

As Romans 8 reveals, “creation awaits the revelation of God’s children” and endures suffering under the current order. Believers are given authority on earth as children of God, called to manifest His kingdom and exercise faithful stewardship over creation. This authority is both a gift and a responsibility, empowering us to bring hope and healing to the world.

“For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.”

  • Fulfilling God’s Purpose

This purpose gives meaning to our role in the world and honors God’s original design. God gave the mandate to human beings to act on his behalf.  By living out this purpose, believers reflect God’s original design, bringing hope, order, and light into the world as they manifest His kingdom.
